My favorite PHIL FOSTER story by Roger Bisbing
Ok. I keep dredging up Phil Foster stories....I can't help myself. I'll keep it to one. Phil was in the hallway at V-Hall, groaning and complaining either that he was tired or bored, maybe both. He started head-rolling the length of the hallway along the cork-board exhibition wall. He continued head-rolling and groaning until he got to a place where the head had come off a push pin leaving a barely visible shaft sticking out about an eighth of an inch out of the wall. He rolled right over it, getting it right in the forehead. The usual, incredulous, W. Va. accented, mildly expletive, highly kinetic Phil Foster reaction played itself out. It was priceless. Wish I knew where he was....
