"I was in Columbus, and I was at a bar to celebrate my brother-in-law's retirement from OSU. One of his workers was there with his parents. My brother-in-law said that they became close friends after the underling's wife died of cancer in her early 40's. My sister was talking to the father and I thought I recognized him from behind.
As I walked up to them to see if it indeed was the person I thought it was, I heard my sister ask him to remind her what his name was. He said, "Chuck." I knew then that the person I thought I recognized was Chuck O'Connor from Perspective Drawing class freshman year in 1977. Talked to him for a while, he didn't remember me, but he got a kick out of talking about old times. He retired 4 or 5 years ago".

I really liked the class!
I loved him. He was super smart. Mr. O'Connor wrote the text book for his class. It was the only class at CCAD that I ever got an A+ in. He also had an amazing car, an Avanti, maroon as I recall.
